A New York–based transformation and strategy leader with deep experience driving enterprise-wide change in financial services, risk, and operations. Formerly Executive Director of Corporate Risk Business Strategy at Wells Fargo and a longtime senior leader at JPMorgan Chase, she now advises startups and established businesses through North Arc Collective on growth, operations, and regulatory readiness. Juliette holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BA from American University. A trained life coach, certified NYC Citizen Pruner, and writer, Juliette brings a human-centered lens to every challenge she tackles.
